I am having a simply awesome day.

This morning we had our class presentations on the Intelligence Priorities of the United States. (I was the Director of National Intelligence for my group.) The first 2 groups went taking immmmmense amounts of time. We got up there and there was no room for dallying. We zipped through ours and I believe included more information in a more professional manner than either other group. I believe this partly because we were interrupted a couple of times so that the professor could ask the other groups why the hell we were the first ones to bring a point up. Also because apparently - although I couldn't hear him but other members of my group who were sitting closer could -- during and after the presentation he referred to it as, I quote, "fucking awesome." Then after class I was pulled aside to be told that *I* did an awesome job at presenting. (Also during the presentation I had a forceful dissenting view that I presented on and at the end of it he told the rest of my group to eat it, I was right (ok, he said "you're wrong. Your Director is right." very trump-like. haha) Also the TAs of the class, both security-studies grad students, told us that we definitely kicked the grad students' asses at presenting. Wow, could I get a more awesome morning??

Yay!!!!!!

Now I'm going to submit my thesis for publication. I hope this good luck lasts!!
