Hello y'all.
I haven't posted in a while first because now that the fam is home from the cabin there is some nitwit on the computer 24 hours a day, and second because not much else has been happening. Work work work. Yesterday I went to Summer's goodbye BBQ and that was fun; after that I went out to the Tap with work people (as if seeing them 50 hours a week isn't enough, huh?) Sunday morning I got up at 6 to go to work on the early shift, but it was storming, and at 9:30 they decided to just send us home. But when we got back to the office they said that we would make the day up on Tuesday. I am pissed about that, cause I couldnt stay up late Saturday since I had to get up early Sunday, plus the fact that I had to get up on Sunday when I was all sleepy, plus losing one of my weekend days (Tuesday).

Annnnyways, LUAU.
So on Thursday night (?) before graduation, back in May, we had luau night. That just meant heading back once again to Leo's to drink a lot (only this time they had rum-punch...to simulate an island atmosphere?) Girls in bikinis everywhere. Yikes, Jane Hoya! I ran into Jon and Sarah's old roommate, and some other folks. We had fun at the party but then we had other ideas. So, we ran out to the front lawn and climbed John Carroll. DOPS started coming after us so we were about to scramble down, but then the officer just laughed and asked for our cameras, and took pictures for us.

After that we headed for one last dip in the fountain. There were people out there cuddling on the benches, haha oh well, we just ignored them and jumped in. It was freezing, by the way, especially as it wasn't that hot out that night anyways. We splashed and swam and slid "free willy" style across the fountain and it was really fun.

After that I stopped back at the house to change into dry clothes and then ran over to Jon's apartment where we ordered pizza and watched stupid movies until late, and then everyone was sleepy so I went home and was happy and sleepy and full and smelled like fountain water.

yay.

now i just spent a while looking through all the photos of the kitties sarah might adopt. cuties!!
