OK, I had my financial aid meeting. Basically it comes down to either I can be broke this semester or I can be broke in 2 years. If I halve my credit hours, I still take out the same amount of loans, but get less bang for the buck...and I'll have to take out more loans later on anyways to pay for my extra semester. So from a financial standpoint, it's a bad idea to stay.

If I go home, I am low on funds and need to find a way to get through until fall semester begins (since out here I basically live off of loans). I AM GOING TO BRAZIL. I just no longer have any money to do that. scheisse.

The logical thing to do would be to go back to MN...luckily I still have one or two more days to convince myself of that though.

They hiked to the arches yesterday and are going out on a spike now. It was so good to hear his voice and let him know what I am deciding, even though at that point I still had really no information.
He's nice to me like that.
