Today I took Paul's advice and changed up my workout. Now: 20-min run, 10-min brisk walk, then 3 laps (1/2 mile) run around the indoor track. By the time I got to the track though my legs were pretty numb so I hardly felt it. Which I suppose is kind of a good thing? If another half mile doesn't matter to me?
Also 200 crunches and 200 leg lifts. Felt good (or owie, if that's the way you want to look at it). Still sick, but I missed 2 days so wanted to get back before all my work went to waste.
Breakfast. Hmmm - French toast sounds good.
I got a ride home from the supermarket (haha! i said supermarket!) last night, meaning I could buy lots of heavy things, like soups and 2 juices and a milk and all this other stuff like that. It was awesome, I think I am in heaven.
I also bought blueberry tea and chai tea, although different than we have at home, Pauly. Hopefully it will be good. Blueberry was alright. Oooo, and 2 plants: a hyacinth, and a mini-daffodil. The daffodil started blooming overnight, so I was all happy when I woke up.
Today: must write readings analysis and refrain from playing oregon trail (although I now have an "Adventurer" spot on the Top Ten). I think I'll compare trade impact on the spread of Islam and Askiya Muhammad's choices of types of Islam in Africa. Don't know what that means? Neither do I. So wish me luck.
