So today my goal is to go through all my clothes and decide which ones to get rid of and which to keep (luckily this is a task I did most of last spring, before we even knew we were moving)...next week I will then have to decide, while packing for school, which to leave at home and which to bring. This takes way longer than you'd think. I always end up bringing too many to school, so I will try not to this year. Hopefully Fee will come over and give me honest opinions about which clothes look really bad on me and which are keepers.
Otherwise I think I will go meet Paul for lunch at his work and write some thank-you cards for my birthday, if I can convince Peter to take me to Target to pick some up (my mom went there the other day and I gave her very extremely specific instructions as to which ones I wanted and where exactly they were located in the store and for some reason she couldn't find them at all...) Also I would like to finish packing this other box I am sending to Sarah but I don't want to close it up until I have moved everything, in case there is one more thing I can put in, etc. Y'all know how that goes.
Embassies I want to work at (in this order):
Cape Verde
Mozambique (would be my first choice but I think Cape Verde has more of a creole than
Mozambique does. Wish I knew what the govt meant when it said it wanted "african
portuguese" speakers)
Angola
Sao Tome
In our fantasy Olympic teams, Paul is ahead (for now) with 334 pts vs my 290. But I'll pull ahead soon, just like Klete did against the Thorpedo last night. And then Paul owes me a really long backrub. (He thinks he's going to win a pizza dinner. Ha!)
