yes, I realize. no posts. and this one won't even count. but i thought i'd drop by anyway.
short updates:
apartment search: keep getting my hopes up only to be dashed by the bits and pieces not included in the ad (ie, "guys only" or "10 minutes to metro means by car, not walking" or "we are actually sketchy people who will film you while you shower"). Today I actually had to email one and tell them to stop contacting me.

job search: haven't been outright REJECTED by anyone yet, but haven't been offered anything either. yesterday i applied to the defense dept and today i am applying to mpac and cair. well, first i have to burn my thesis onto a cd for cair, but then i can send it in.

soul search: ha! we all know it's been established that i have no soul. so no luck there.

running: out sick again. but i got 2 days in, last weds and thurs, 3 and 5 respectively. so, we'll see. it's too bad, too, because it's really nice outside (mid-60s) for running.

ok well off to visit erin and return for more job stuff.
