Last night I stayed up later than intended, because Peter and James have been talking about this show that I "HAVE" to watch for weeks now. I was on my way to bed when they pulled me in to watch it, and then I got stuck watching the show after it too (hey, it was Inu Yasha, what can I say?)

The first show was Witch Hunter Robin (I have really gotten on this anime kick recently, odd...) and uhhhh, it was weird. It was like Law & Order, anime-style where they hunt 'witches'. (As Peter says, "there are a lot of witches running around Japan. Were you unaware?" ("Yeah Mary, haven't you ever been there?" pipes in James.)) Or some weird x-files show, I guess. But they're all dark and brooding and serious and for some reason don't look Japanese, but they track down witches with newly-awakened powers, and one guy had a super-awesome mullet. This last one featured a serial-killer witch, but I don't know if all of the witches are killers or not, cause my brothers said some of them have pretty pathetic powers.

Then it was Inu Yasha. Now, are they basing all these demon-spirits on anything, or do they just make them up show by show? It was about this 5-year-old who died in a fire and was now an evil spirit and about to get thrown into hell. Uhh, nice guys. KIDS WATCH THAT SHOW!!!

So yes I am up now, I guess I will go shower and start making lunch.
