I just went to the gym (30-degree runs are ok for Pauly, not for me) to lift weights. It reminded me of how long it's been since I was there last, cause I am sore-o and having troubles moving. So I guess that means I need to go more often or never again.

There was this dude there while I was there, and he was really funny. All he worked on was his pecs (and a teensy bit on the lat machine, you know, to even things out. But he lifted a wussy amount of weight on that machine). Normally I don't pay attention to what other people are doing. But this guy kept doing a ton on the pec fly then doing a few crunches then right back to the fly. Then when he was walking around he'd just look odd. Like, he was extremely thin (lean?) in his stomach area but he had HUGE pecs. What's the deal? Is he training for a sport that you need huge pecs for? What would that be? Anyways, gross, if he wasn't training for something special.
