I am flabbergasted. I told Paul I wasn't going to the gym today (well I whined about going), because my Tuesdays are generally chock-full straight through and then I am wiped out. Well, by some miracle, someone actually TOOK a shift that was open at work, meaning I didn't have to come in an hour early, and then I found someone else to cover the next half-hour so I can see a professor, so all of a sudden I found myself with an hour and half free!! Wow. So I ran home and changed and got to the gym as quick as a wink, and then jumped on the treadmill. Now the real miracle here was my speed (although I was so astonished that I am sure that something must be broken with this thing).
(I am in a hurry and having trouble translating the mph speed on the treadmill to a pace, so just bear with me...)

Plus then I did 100 lower and 100 upper crunches and 100 leg lifts and I finished my whole workout in record time and so I even had time to blog before I now run and see my professor! Amazing!!
