I just got back from the gym. I was having very odd dreams last night, and I dreamt that I slept way too late and therefore I wouldn't have time to go to the gym, and I was rather panicky about this (the sleeping too late, not the not-going-to-the-gym part) so when I woke up at first I wasn't going to go...then realized I was just dreaming. So I went.
But I still didn't really want to, and I figured my run was going to suck anyways, so I might as well just make it worse, and I bumped my speed up. To my surprise, this made my 20 minutes go by much faster. Yay. Maybe I was running too slow and that was just agonizing me. So I'll do this for a week and bump it up further I think. I concede to Ghalib. Ooh, by the way, maiden trip to Costco this weekend!!
BTW Bridget you suck. I'm sick of reading how you need a new winter jacket. Something new, please!
