So my mom tells me today that we may be getting kicked out of our house this summer. The university that we rent from has been planning to raze the neighborhood and build a new quad for quite a while, but it hasn't happened yet so it's always been an off-in-the-distance thing. The neighbors are protesting because they say it will bring their property values down, and yaddayaddayadda there are all these lawsuits and protests and whatnot. Anyways they finally plan to get started this summer if they win this one more lawsuit. So they may begin bulldozing August 15. Great. I think if we move we will probably just leave half our stuff here and let them bulldoze it away, cause there's no reason to pack up all this junk. However, we have no place to move to and stuff is quite expensive right now. So I don't know what my parents are planning.
